What do I need to pay attention to before I leave the gas station?
As our payment processing is a complex process involving several systems, it is important to always wait for the payment confirmation (see screen) in our app. You should also receive an email with the invoice within a few minutes. If this invoice delivery is delayed and the above-mentioned confirmation window does not appear, you should ask at the petrol station to be on the safe side.
If you try to pay by credit card after successful authentication via your bank and the process is canceled or you find yourself on the card view in our app again, this could be due to your cell phone settings.
