How can I change my payment method during payment?
Sometimes a payment method may be declined by the provider, or a card may not have sufficient funds available. In this case, you can change your payment method directly during the payment process.
How to change your payment method during payment:
On the payment confirmation screen — either before you pay or after a failed authorization — you will see your currently selected payment method.
Tap Change next to the payment method:
Select another payment method that you have already added to your account.
- Confirm the payment again to complete the transaction.
Note: At pre-pay fuel stations, make sure you only remove the fuel nozzle after the payment amount has been successfully authorized.
