How can I add Google Pay as a payment method?

Learn how to use Google Pay as a payment method in the ryd app. Google Pay is Google’s digital wallet service for fast, secure, and contactless payments. With a credit or debit card saved in Google Pay, you can pay for your fuel directly in the ryd app, protected by the security standards of your Android device.

What is Google Pay?

Google Pay is a mobile payment service and digital wallet from Google Inc. It allows you to make payments in apps, on websites, and contactlessly in stores. Instead of using your physical card, Google Pay uses the debit or credit cards saved in your Google Account or Google Wallet.

Google Pay protects your payment details using multiple layers of security technology. Your actual card number is not shared with the merchant during payment. Instead, it is replaced by a virtual account number through tokenization.
