Has your ryd account been deleted and you want to recover it? For data privacy and system reasons, recovering old ryd accounts is unfortunately not possible. Once deleted, data is permanently removed. However, you can easily create a new ryd account using your email address and start fueling mobile again right away. Here is how to get started.
Once a ryd account is deleted, it cannot be recovered due to system and data privacy regulations. If you deleted your account yourself or if it was removed, all associated data (such as your fueling history or linked payment methods) is permanently deleted.
How to get started again: You can re-register with ryd at any time. Simply use your preferred email address (you can use the same one as before) and set up your profile from scratch:
Download the app: Make sure you have the latest version of the ryd app installed on your smartphone.
Create a new account: Open the app, select "Sign Up", and follow the on-screen instructions.
Link a payment method: Add your preferred payment method to immediately start paying directly at the pump again.
