How do I change my billing address?
To ensure your invoices are issued correctly, it’s important that your personal details in the app are always up to date. Follow the steps below to change your billing address:
1. Change your billing address in the app
Open your profile in the app.
Select “Edit profile”.
Enter your name and address, or update the existing information.
These details will automatically appear on your future invoices.
Important: Make sure all information is correct before your next refuel, so the invoice can be issued properly.
2. Urgent changes to an already issued invoice
If you urgently need to adjust an invoice that has already been issued — for example for tax reasons — please contact us via the contact form.
Our support team will take care of manually updating the invoice.
