How can I set up a new PIN?
Have you forgotten your PayPal PIN? No problem. There is no direct “change PIN” function, but you can set up a new PIN at any time by re-entering your payment details in the app.
How to set up a new PIN
If you no longer remember your current PIN, you can easily define a new one. Since the PIN is directly linked to the stored payment method, you will need to re-enter your PayPal details once.
Simply follow these steps:
Open the ryd app and go to your profile.
Select the menu item “Payment methods”.
Re-enter your PayPal details.
In the final step, you will be asked to set a new PIN of your choice.
Good to know: For security reasons, it is not possible to reset the PIN separately. Changing it always requires re-linking the payment details.
