If charging stations are missing from your map, please check your filter settings and ensure you are logged in. This article explains how to use our color-coded map filters—blue for fuel, green for charging, and pink for car washes—to find nearby locations. Note that a registered ryd account is required to access and view EV charging station data.
Troubleshooting the map view
Please check the filter settings on your map.
At the bottom of the screen, you will find three buttons: blue for gas stations, green
for charging stations, and pink (purple)
for car washes.
Select the green flash icon
to see all charging stations in your vicinity.
These stations will then be displayed in green on your map.
Important: Please note that you must have created a ryd account and be logged in to see charging stations.
