Here you will learn how to find your vouchers in the ryd app, activate new discounts, and add codes. We’ll show you how to unlock grey tiles so that they are automatically redeemed when you pay.
Vouchers/Discounts: Overview & Activation
1. Open voucher overview
Here is how to find all your current discounts and gift cards:
Open the ryd app.
Tap on Profile in the menu bar at the bottom.
Select Vouchers.
2. Activate discounts
For a discount to be deducted when fueling, charging, or washing, you must activate it beforehand. In the overview, you can recognize the status by the color of the tile:
New promotions (Grey): These are still inactive. Tap "Activate" on the tile to unlock the discount.
Activated vouchers (Colored): As soon as a voucher lights up in color and shows "Activated", it will be automatically offset against your next eligible fueling, charging, or car wash transaction.
3. Add voucher code manually
Have you received a code from a gift card or a promotion?
Tap the green button "Enter voucher code" at the very bottom.
Type in your code and confirm with "Add".

Details & Conditions
The exact conditions are listed directly in the details on the respective voucher tile. Pay special attention to:
Promotion period: How long is the voucher valid?
Quantities: Is there a minimum or maximum number of liters? How many tank fills does the voucher apply to?
Payment methods: Is the discount only redeemable with specific payment methods?
