Where can I find the code?
After purchasing a gift card, you will receive a code that you need to store in the ryd app. You can find the code either on your invoice or directly in the app in your transaction history.
The easiest way: Copy your voucher code directly from the app. Go to History -> find your gift card purchase -> click on Copy code.
How to redeem the code in the ryd app:
1. Open the ryd app.
2. Go to "History", open your gift card purchase > Copy code.
3. Go to your "Profile".
4. Select "Vouchers".
5. Enter the code in the field "Enter voucher code".
Please pay special attention to:
Letter "O" vs. Number "0": Sometimes the number "0" (zero) is confused with the letter "O". Try both if you are unsure.
Hyphens: Any hyphens present in the code must be entered.
How to check if the gift card is active
In your voucher wallet, you will see your gift card marked as "activated". You can also see your remaining balance here.
