Fleet customer – Why is my payment method declined when charging?
If you use ryd through your employer, your payment method is often tied to a monthly limit. Here you can find out why a rejection may occur:
a) Flat reservation: For each charging session, our system automatically pre-authorizes an amount of EUR 80.00 in advance.
b) Budget check: The payment is declined if this amount (EUR 80.00) exceeds your currently available monthly limit.
c) The consequence: Since the authorization fails, the charging session unfortunately cannot be started via ryd.
