When will I receive my charging invoice?

Learn everything about your EV invoice after charging. You will receive your billing conveniently via email and in the app history. Since data transmission depends on the provider, delays may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will notify you in the ryd app immediately after charging. Once the data is available, your document will be created automatically.

We want to ensure you always have an overview of your expenses. The timing of your invoice depends on how quickly the charging station provider transmits the data to us:

    Delivery via Email: As soon as the transaction is processed, we will send your invoice to your registered email address within a few minutes. You can view all details of your charging session and download the invoice at any time in your history (second tab).

  • Notification of Delays: If we do not receive the data from the provider immediately, a notification will be displayed directly in the ryd app after the charging process.

  • Automatic Generation: No action is needed on your part. As soon as we receive the final data, the invoice is generated and sent automatically.
