Yes, you can easily contact our support team directly via the ryd app. Here’s how to find the contact form:
a) Open profile: Go to your profile in the app.
b) Settings: Tap the small gear icon in the top right corner.
c) Help: Select the menu item Help and then Help and Contact.
d) Submit request: In the Help Center, tap the “Submit request” button in the top right corner.
Important tip: Please do not forget to include the email address registered with ryd in your request (you can find it in your profile). This allows us to assist you more quickly!
Important note for Apple users: If you created your account via Apple, you may be using the “Hide My Email” function. In this case, the following applies:
a) Encrypted address: Apple generates a random, protected email address (e.g., xyz@privaterelay.appleid.com) that forwards all messages to your actual inbox.
b) Identification with ryd: Even if you read our emails in your regular inbox, the encrypted Apple address is your official identifier in our system.
